Будинок — триповерховий, цегляний. Об’єкт розташований в серединній частині міста в Шевченківському районі, при одній з бічних вулиць міста — вул. Зустрічній. Район розташування характеризується житловою забудовою, комерційними та виробничо-промисловими об'єктами, поруч та неподалік об'єкта знаходяться: житлові 2-х — 3-х поверхові будинки з вбудованими на перших та цокольних поверхах комерційними об'єктами, магазини, відділення банків, середня школа, дитячий садочок, АЛМАЗ ІНСТРУМЕНТ ВАТ, торговий центр “Форвард”, Управління Пенсійного фонду України в Личаківському районі м. Львова, Фабрика «Повидла», інша забудова міста. Транспортна доступність — хороша.
