Об’єкт розташований в серединній частині міста в межах Київського району, в промисловій зоні – безпосередньо на території КП «Полтавський м’ясокомбінат», на відстані близько 1,0 км від центра міста. В минулому приміщення першого поверху Об’єкта використовувались під банний комплекс підприємства, а другий – під спортзал. Будівля має окремий вхід/вихід, під’їзд до будівлі здійснюється з вулиці Харчовиків по асфальтованій дорозі через територію м’ясокомбінату. Елементи будівлі: фундамент – бетонний, стіни – цегляні, перегородки – цегляні, покрівля – рулонна, перекриття – з/б плити, сходи – з/б, підлога: бетонна, керамічна плитка, дощата, лінолеум. Вікна та двері – наявні. Інженерні комунікації: опалення – водяне (не функціонує), вентиляція – природна. Електропостачання, водопостачання та водовідведення – наявні, але не функціонують. Газопостачання – відсутнє. Фактичний стан об’єкта – задовільний, потребує капітального відновлення.
