Будівлі мають пошкодження,які виникли внаслідок того,що незавершене будівництво не було належним чином законсервовано.На фундаменті та цоколі-окремі глибокі тріщини,сліди замикання цоколя та стін,викривлення горизонтальних ліній цоколя.На поверхні стін-тріщини в стінах,вивітрювання та руйнування швів,руйнування зовнішньої частини цегли.Місцями послаблення цегляної кладки,викришення та випадання окремих цеглин.Штукатурка-зруйнована.В цілому ,технічний стан конструктивних елементів - назадовільний. Фізичний знос незавершених будівель складає 45%.
