Основна частина - готель (конструктивна схема - крупнопанельна безкаркасна), друга частина - ресторан (конструктивна схема - повний несучий каркас) і в цілому складається з приміщень: літери "А" - підвал - 1560,0м2; І поверх - 1948,2м2; ІІ поверх - 1927,8м2; ІІІ поверх - 952,3м2; IV поверх - 871,0м2; V поверх - 957,1м2; VІ поверх - 882,2м2; VІІ поверх - 862,4м2; VІІІ поверх - 867,5м2; IХ поверх - 91,9м2. Всього по літері "А" - загальна площа 10920,4м2. Готельний комплекс введений в експлуатацію у 1971 році. Технічний стан будівельних конструкцій будівлі - ІІІ (непридатний для нормальної експлуатації) та такий, що потребує проведення капітального ремонту з підсиленням конструкцій.
