Львові - пам’ятка архітектури місцевого значення, згідно з рішенням Львівського облвиконкому №227 від 17.07.1990 р. Охоронний № 1216. Пам'ятка розташована в межах історичного ареалу м. Львова. Наявний лист Управління охорони історичного середовища Львівської міської ради № 4-0004-486 від 17.08.2018 щодо погодження приватизації шляхом продажу на аукціоні вказаного об’єкта за умови виконання норм чинного законодавства України у галузі охорони пам’яток культурної спадщини стосовно об’єкта купівлі-продажу. Будинок - двоповерховий, цегляний, з високим цоколем, який обличкований природним каменем. Внутрішнє планування секційного типу, перекриття - плоскі. Приміщення розташоване в цокольному поверсі житлового 2-х поверхового цегляного з дерев'яним перекриттям будинку, що входить в рядову забудову вулиці Вишенського. Приміщення забезпечені входом, що здійснюється з під'їзду житлового будинку сходами вниз.
