Цех по в’язці віників площею 758,5 кв.м побудовано у 1982 році. Стіни та перегородки притерпіли вивітрювання цементного розчину зі швів, відсутні фрагменти стін. Вікна та двері відсутні. Незначне відхилення будівлі від вертикалі. Підлога має численні вибоїни та повністю стертий поверхневий шар. Дах – наявні численні протікання, можливе падіння двох плит перекриття. Будівля знаходиться в аварійному стані, непридатна до використання, відімкнена від системи електропостачання. Частка Об’єкта приватизації складає 5,53 % від загальної вартості об’єктів, які підлягають продажу та розташовані за адресою: Херсонська обл., Олешківський р-н, с. Великі Копані, вул. Леніна,3 а. Відомості про земельну ділянку відсутні.
