об'єкт незавершеного будівництва будинок культури (літ. "А")
об’єкт розташований у центральні частині села. Будівля двоповерхова, цегляна. До складу даного об'єкта незавершеного будівництва входять недобудовані підвал, перший, другий і третій поверхи будинку культури загальною площею 4655,7 кв.м. Ступінь будівельної готовності об'єкта - 11%. Будівельні матеріали та устаткування, не передане до монтажу, на майданчику відсутні. Роботи з консервації не проводились. В результаті цього зведені конструкції зазнали впливу атмосферних опадів, температурних перепадів та несанкціонованого розбирання населенням, що привело до часткового пошкодження та руйнування зведених конструкцій. Територія не огороджена, занедбана, поросла травою, чагарниками, деревами. Наявні конструктивні елементи: фундамент - бетонний, частково недобудований; стіни - бетонні у підвалі, цегляні на поверхах, частково не добудовані та зруйновані; перекриття/покриття - залізобетонні плити, частково; підлога - земля.
Елементи систем інженерно- та санітарно-технічного забезпечення: опалення, електроосвітлення, водопостачання, каналізація - відсутні. Будівництво зупинене на рівні 2-го поверху. Дах, оздоблення, віконні та дверні отвори - відсутні. Зведені конструктивні елементи будівлі перебувають у задовільному стані. Орієнтовна відстань до м.Київ - 80 км.
