У складі Єдиного майнового комплексу державного підприємства «Орган з сертифікації автоматизованих та автоматичних систем управління та умов процесу перевезень на залізничному транспорті» відсутнє нерухоме майно. Підприємство розміщується в орендованих приміщеннях, згідно договору оренди нежитлового приміщення від 01.01.2019 № А – 230 (ком.713), укладеного з власником нерухомого майна ПрАТ «Хардіпротранс», терміном на 1 рік. Станом на 30.04.2019 на балансі підприємства обліковується 5520 (п’ять тисяч п’ятсот двадцять) бланків («Сертифікатів, що підтверджують рівень знань у працівників суб’єктів перевезення небезпечних вантажів»). Свідоцтво про визначення органу, уповноваженого проводити перевірку знань працівників суб’єктів перевезення небезпечних вантажів, видане Міністерством інфраструктури України 26.03.2015 року № UA МІУ- 006-2015. Термін дії до 25 березня 2020 року.
