Реєстраційний номер об’єкта нерухомого майна: 1500668551103. Об’єкт перебуває в комунальній власності територіальної громади міста Білгорода-Дністровського в особі Білгород-Дністровської міської ради. Об’єкт представляє собою комплекс нежитлових будівель. Будівлі не використовується. Після проведення ремонтних робіт можуть бути використані (літ. "Б") в якості адміністративних або офісних приміщень та (літ. "Г", "Д", "З") в якості складських або підсобних будівель.
