Нежилий будинок – сауна (літера «B») загальною площею 51,70 кв. м., за призначенням не використовується. Сауна знаходиться в глибині закритої території підприємства, в’їзд (під’їзд) через територію Філії «Холодокомбінат № 4» ПП «Рось». Сауна - одноповерхова прибудова до технологічної будівлі (котельні колишньої), нежитлового призначення, цегляна. Рік введення в експлуатацію - 1996. Вхід в приміщення здійснюється через окремий відокремлений вхід, який знаходиться зі сторони орієнтованої до паркану підприємства, через вузьку доріжку.
