Статутний капітал ПрАТ "Іста-центр"складає 128171 тис. грн. Номінальна вартість пакета акцій –27 623 900, 0 грн. Основними напрямками та предметом діяльності підприємства є виробництво батарей і акумуляторів. Заводи ISTA мають можливість виробляти близько 5-5,5 мільйонів батарей, що дозволяє займати лідируючі позиції на ринку акумуляторів. Таке положення на ринку забезпечується високою якістю продукції, яке відповідає як українським, так і міжнародним стандартам.
